How much notice do I need give to ASAPToday for a same day collection & delivery?
We specialise in short notice loads. Book any time and one of our vans will be at collection within 30 to 60 minutes. Our truck availability can be more tricky at short notice, but we can typically arrange for a truck to be at collection, within 90 minutes, after receiving your booking.
What vehicles do you have available at ASAPToday?
We have over 50,000 vehicles on our UK network, in conjunction with our nationwide partners, and our vehicles range from a small van to a curtainsided artic (44 tonne). For a full breakdown of our vehicles and details of what each one can carry, please click here.
What if I don't know what vehicle I need for my urgent load?

Do ASAPToday have a minimum charge?
We don't have minimum charges or set mile rates here at ASAPToday. When you post a load onto our platform, we use the latest smart tech to calculate the time it will take to complete the delivery. Our platform then builds a a unique quote for you, based on that information.
The per mile rates in your introductory email are very cheap. Are they real?
Yes they are, but they were for long distance loads (over 200 miles). When you post an urgent load onto the ASAPToday platform, it contacts all of our local drivers that are BASED near to your collection point, as well as all of our drivers that have recently delivered nearby, are now empty, and looking for a load home (near to your delivery point). These non local drivers are looking for a "backload" and that is where the real savings are made. Still a dedicated vehicle, full tracked and going direct to delivery, but up to 40% cheaper.
I can see my instant quote, but your platform is searching for cheaper quotes. What does that mean?
The smart tech behind our platform (affectionately known as Barry) generates your quote based on time. However, we have thousands of partners nationwide, who may offer a better quote. So Barry spends 5 minutes contacting everyone we know in the area. We are the only same day courier in the UK, who can check real-time availability, and compare live quotes from our partners nearby.
